Grown Ups is, quite literally, a 10/10 movie when it comes to comedy and you should not miss it. It features an amazing cast of Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, and Rob Schneider-all of whom bring their comedic best to the screen. The plot of this movie revolves around five friends who reunite over a Fourth of July weekend after the death of their high school basketball coach. Full of laughs, this movie gives everyone a time to shine, its very well balanced and makes sure every character brings something to the table. Kevin James playing the clumsy dad, Chris Rock's sarcastic person, David Spade the nerdy guy, and Rob Schneider as well, himself. And of course, there is Adam Sandler playing Adam Sandler-which is also just quite funny, i personally just have a sweet spot for adam sandler movies. The plot is simple and effective, mixing love, laughter, and a bit of nostalgia. The lake house setting adds to the laid-back vibe, making the whole movie a fun experience. The jokes are perfectly set, and the mix of physical and situational comedy keeps you laughing from start to finish.
